Form a circle with a group of
friends. Hold hands. Slowly move in a
clock-wise direction, dancing, swaying to this chant:
"Winter, Spring, Summer,
Fall. The wold is dancing, dance for all."
Complete the circle 18 times.
Close your eyes.
Visualize the earth in the center
of your circle, bathed in white light,
receiving the love and the healing energy from your group.
Know that we are all blessed
with the sacred duty of being caretakers of our Mother Earth.
